Up and Running

Well, the fridge is on the mend. After a little relay switch and evaporator fan surgery and $125, we are back in the cooling business. I may just have to bring all the various things back in from their current cooling places. For me the best part is not having to run outside everytime I need my caffine fix, I won't tell you how many trips I make for those!

Today I think I will try to get a little creativity going. I made a few cards yesterday while the repairman was working, but I have some new projects that I am dying to get started on. The Giving Well is into its 4th project and I am wanting to get started on those. The Happy book is sitting on my desk just waiting for me to pick out some paper to glue on it. The project that came out today is one that I can see myself making for several people. I love it.

Things are quiet around here so far today. Will is working all week preparing for a big event tomorrow evening, dinner for 200, and the girls are back in school and glad to be. I think that because we couldn't go anywhere for their break it made for a REALLY long 2 weeks. I know I felt like it was long. On the farm we are kind of in a lull until we start weaning the entire herd. The 7 I weaned yesterday are still a little upset with me, and the momma's are hurting I am sure, but we still have about 140 head to wean. Once that starts then we will be feeding them twice a day until we ship them off.

Well, off to play with paper!
