Feeling off

Well, I was up until yesterday afternoon. See I have been taking Effexor XR for about 2 years now, but insurance will not cover the cost and at $130 a month I cannot afford them. I found out that they do make a generic of regular Effexor and have to call the dr to see if he will prescribe me that so that I can get it for $4. In the meantime I have been trying to conserve my last bit of pills and so I have been cutting back and weaning myself off of them. I can go one day between pills and do okay, but to go 2 days like I tried and I am way off. I get feeling all tingly and anxious and weird. I broke down and took one yesterday so that when the kids got home from school they would know I was okay.

I do not take them for depression, it all started when my mom was sick a few years ago and trying to take care of her, my dad, my family and the farm was a bit much, and then when dad got sick last year and my deadbeat brother quit working for them in the middle of all the chaos I really was glad I had the pills to help me not strangle anyone. If it wasn't for the anxiety and the strange feelings being off of them gives me I would be happy to kick them out the door. Must find something else!

In other news Will is off most of this week and so we are going to be ripping out the carpet and padding in Emilys room to expose the hardwood. That is what she wants, and she has already found a cute rug to go in. The carpet is really nasty and needs to be changed but she would rather have nothing. Tomorrow we are going to see his Granny. She lives about an hour from us and we are taking the day to visit. She has been wanting me to come up because there is a scrapbooking store that opened up awhile ago there and she knows I cannot resist.

Still haven't uploaded my pictures, and now I am in the process of wearing Will down and let me play with my Christmas gift. Sunday we were at Best Buy as they opened to get a Wii Fit and I broke down and picked out a DSLR. I got a Canon Rebel xs. I have been begging to at least charge up the battery to make sure it works right!!!! I hide it so I can play!
