It's window weather!

I really do like Fall. That time when you can shut off the air conditioning and throw open the windows and let fresh air in. Sometimes (like today) it can get a little breezy and I spend the day wearing extra clothes to keep warm, but I still love that freshness that comes with this time of year.

Today I decided to stay home and try to catch up on some things. The girls went to BG with Will and they were going to go bowling this afternoon, but after spending all afternoon over there yesterday I was not up to another trip. It has been so peaceful and quiet. Just sitting on the computer listening to birds chirp helps me find my center again.

Ali's new book came yesterday! I was thrilled to death to get it so quick, and I had to start on it. It is great, I can't wait to finish reading it and then trying out some of her stuff. I read on her blog that the class I took from her in Nashville is retiring, will be interesting to see what she has in store for CKU goers next year.

I ordered a bunch of pics from snapfish today. 511 to be exact! We had about 250 from our trip to Myrtle Beach, plus I wanted to get some of the others that I had uploaded from the summer ordered so that I can get them into my drawers. I am really ready to sit down and do some heavy duty scrapping, but it seems that I spend more time just wishing than doing. Need to change that!

I am working on getting pics together on slide.com to put on here so that I don't have to upload individually. I have seen it on other blogs so thought I may give it a try. May do flikr instead.

Well, my fingers are numb from sitting in the breeze, and I really need to run the vacuum a little before everyone gets home so that it at least looks like I did more than sit on my butt all day in front of the computer. (I won't tell if you won't)
