AHHHHHHHH

Just had to get it out! That is what I feel like.

Dad is back in St. Thomas. This time his heart rate wouldn't slow down below about 120 and even got up to 208 on Friday morning when he got to cardiac rehab. Luckily for him it is at the hospital so all he did was freak out the cardiac nurses and then casually walk to the ER where they hooked him up to an iv and did an EKG.

After all day on the meds and his rate not dropping down much they decided to send him back down to Nashville where they gave him another med that did drop it to around 108 and planned to do some tests today. Well the tests were postponed because his bloodwork came back as it being his thyroid acting up and may ultimatly being the cause.

Mom and I came home late last night, and then she went back down this morning. Since he was in CCU and could only have limited visits it didn't really make sense for both of us to be here. She called this afternoon and they are going to move him to a regular room and try taking him off the IV meds and control things with just pills. On monday the Dr's will decide what to do from there.
