The Countdown Begins

The girls are out of school so that means that several times a day I get an update as to how many days there are until the big day. Believe me I do not need the added stresser of actually being reminded how incredibly close it is. I am trying really hard not to stress about things in my daily life and to just go with the flow but come on!!!!!
We have cut the babies down to one feeding a day as they will be butter balls at the rate they are growing and filling out if I keep up the twice a day thing. Suites me, I don't have to get out in the cold first thing in the morning.

Tommorrow we are all driving to Nashville to attend a seminar on paying for college. I guess they are giving us all the options that we as parents and Tori as the student have in qualifying for and getting all we can get. After that we are suprising the girls with a trip to see the Grinch In Ice at Opryland. Tori has no clue, Emily has been sworn to secrecy and I can't wait. This is the last year for the Grinch and we missed it last year. Seeing the lights at the Opryland Hotel are something too. Dinner at the Mills will top of a great day.

Monday is Will's family Christmas. I have to get their gifts rounded up so that we don't forget any of them and there is some cooking to be done today to prepare. I am actually looking forward to getting out of the house a little and getting into the holiday spirit.

Dad is doing really well with his back. He got out and took a ride yesterday and that helped with the cabin fever that was settling in for the parents. I can't blame them, yesterday was in the low 70's for crying out loud. We had ice storms for 3 days and then we are in the 70's in the same week. Like the saying goes here. "If you don't like the weather in Kentucky, wait 5 minutes" That is the truth in a nutshell too!

I have all but finished up my Deck of Me cards and have actually taken pictures too. I just need to finish the one for this week and then get the last one and then I plan to get all the pictures posted to the Flickr site that has been set up. I am really proud of myself for sticking with this project the entire year. It has been fun and I hope to do something like it for 09.

Well, off the get the day started. I have gifts to wrap, house to clean, laundry to do (again), feeding and of course I have to have my nap. I do better with a nap once in awhile.

Hi Jeanne Ann, -sorry to post here but couldn't find your email on your blog.

Just letting you know that your PaperbackSwap.com link/button doesn't have your referral id/code in it!

If you login to PBS then goto >> Community >> Spread the word... click on the Personalize Links button. You should see "r_by" added into the links. Then just Copy and Paste.

-oh, they also have a new facebook app out now. You'll find it on the "Spread the Word" page as well.

Just want to make sure you're getting credit for your referrals!
Happy Holidays!
