Nine words women use...

I got this off of Dianna's blog. I read it to my hubby and he laughed and agreed. I personally think that this should be handed out to every male!

Nine words women use...

1.) Fine : This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.

2.) Five Minutes : If she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour. Five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given five more minutes to watch the game before helping around the house.

3.) Nothing : This is the calm before the storm. This means something, and you should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with nothing usually end in 'fine'.

4.) Go Ahead : This is a dare, not permission. Don't Do It!

5.) Loud Sigh : This is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you about nothing. (Refer back to #3 for the meaning of nothing.)

6.) That's Okay : This is one of the most dangerous statements a woman can make to a man. That's okay means she wants to think long and hard before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.

7.) Thanks : A woman is thanking you, do not question, or faint. Just say you're welcome.

8.) Whatever : Is a women's way of saying f u .

9.) Don't worry about it, I'll do it: Another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself. This will later result in a man asking 'What's wrong?' For the woman's response refer to #3.Then you RUN!*

To any men out there reading...you're welcome.

That about sums it up!

In other news. It is colder than heck outside and since we failed to wean/sell the babies back in September or October as in past years because of the current market we are just now getting around to getting them off of their mothers. I do know that it has been pretty easy as the babies are all but weaned anyway, and the mamas will be needing to get ready for their next baby in a few months. But back to the cold. We even saw a little snow last night. BRRRRR!

Tori's field trip to Lexington to see the cadaver was very exciting for her. She couldn't stop talking about it last night and told me all about holding a human heart, brain, eyeball, etc. (Sorry to squeem you out). I personally do not have the stomach for it, but she seemed to take it all in stride and is thinking about a career in medicine. Probably not a doctor or anything she says as she is not into dealing with people, but in research or something. I say go for it!

Emily got her Gardasil shot yesterday afternoon. She was brave about it and I promised her ice cream afterwards despite the 37 degree temps. Tori has to go back for round 2 next week and then take Emily back in January. I think that it is a good idea to be preventative. Cancer is not something you want to play around with.

Well, I have to get something in the way of house cleaning done. Time is running out for the holidays and I must prepare. Good day to ya!
