Happy Leap Day!

Wow, where have I been? I have absolutly no idea. The month is gone, again, and March will be blowing in quick. For the most part things have been just going. Emily had fun at her Super Saturday's, the girls had another snow day on Wednesday, which worked out since Tori came home from school early on Tuesday sick and needed the rest.

Today we are headed to Lexington after picking up Tori from school. She is attending a preview day at Transylvania University for Sophomore and Juniors. It is a private university, so tuition is really steep, but I am glad that she is thinking ahead enough to want to check out the area schools and see what is available to her. She is also thinking about looking into UK and WKU. I think she may be interested Centre College.

Because of the time difference and the time it takes to get up there, we are leaving this afternoon and staying the night and then drive home after it gets over. I am looking forward to going, and maybe we can do a little looking around while we are there. I haven't been to Lexington very much.

It's raining again but the temps are a little warmer than they have been. I am tired of slogging in the mud but I am sure that we will be wishing for rain again sometime in the near future. But since it is icky it gives me no reason not to get the laundry finished and probably box up more books. Plus I still need to pack our overnight bag.
